I have recently qualified as a deep tissue massage therapist with Sports Therapy UK, and once social distancing restrictions are lifted, will be offering treatments in my beautiful treatment barn at my home in Offord D'Arcy. Deep tissue massage is a perfect compliment to yoga to help soothe away those aches and pains. Appointments available weekdays and weekends to suit your schedule.

Whether you want to improve your diet for health reasons or would like to lose weight I can help you to understand the role of nutrients in the body and the importance of eating a well-balanced diet. Together we will work out a long-term healthy eating plan for you that will mean you will never 'diet' again! As part of your nutritional support, I can offer; supermarket trips, where we will talk through the overwhelming choices and somewhat misleading packaging on the shelves, healthy cookery classes based around the foods that you love and help with meal planning.
If you feel that you can't cope with the demands or pressures on you this is stress, and it will affect everyone at different times, particularly those coping with life demands such as work, study, relationships, or caring for a family member. You may feel worried, tense, upset, sad or even angry.
Learning to cope with common stressors can make a huge difference to your everyday health. We can look at triggers, symptoms, coping techniques and preventative measures to ensure that you develop new skills to fight stress, relax and live calmly. I am fully trained in trauma informed restorative yoga and this is a wonderful way to help deal with the physical effects that stress has on our bodies.
