Yoga is for every body, and if your bodies not flexible then it’s definitely for you!
I know that it can be intimidating, but it shouldn’t be. My classes are designed for you, for where you’re at today, whether that’s your first class or your 100th. Focusing on flexibility, relaxation, balance and strength, the positive effects of yoga practice on the body and mind can leave you feeling calm, centred and really in touch with your body and your true self.
I mainly teach a Vinyasa flow style practice with an emphasis on anatomy and making your practice work for your body, please see the bottom of this page for class descriptions. I offer alternatives and progressions in all classes so that everyone is able to enjoy their practice at their own pace. I have completed advanced training in back health and restorative yoga as well as also being a soft tissue and nutritional therapist, and so I encourage students to listen to, and really get to know, their bodies.
If you would prefer private classes tailored for you and your needs, these can be arranged in the comfort of your own home or in my studio in Offord D'Arcy. These can be very beneficial if you are completely new to yoga and don't know what to expect, if you are recovering from an injury, or you just prefer the personal touch! In the event you need to cancel a place booked on a live class, provided you notify me more than 48 hours beforehand ( 3 days for workshops) you may transfer to another class or receive a refund (less a 20% admin fee).
For cancelled online classes I am happy to offer a transfer only, if notified more than 2 hours before the start time.
I regret that no refund or transfer can be given outside of these terms, including if you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, work/family changes, pregnancy or other reasons.
This class practices breathing, relaxation and focuses on strength, balance and flexibility. It is a gentle vinyasa style suitable for beginners.

Vinyasa style yoga for all levels. Modifications and progressions are offered allowing you to practice at your own level.
A deep, meditative state that is accessed through a guided class. It is one of the deepest relaxation states that humans can enter while still being awake, and its benefits include better sleep, reduced stress, increased energy, and better awareness.
A more dynamic flow class for regular yogis who are familiar with sun salutations, basic postures and have some body awareness. Expect a fast moving class to awaken the body.
a calming, quietening yoga practice that brings the body and mind into a blissful state of balance. Releases muscle tension through the use of props and is suitable for anyone who can get up and down off the floor.
Designed specifically for men to; increase stamina and flexibility, identify and build strength in weaker areas, help prevent injury and relax and de-stress the body and mind.

This class is blissful mixture of Restorative and Nidra yoga.
